with help of my first post I am trying to share some of my knowledge which will be helpful.

What is SEO: Some people say its a secret or a special technique to get higher ranking in Search Engines. But according to me SEO is a process or practice of optimizing the website or web pages ( onsite and off-sites aspects ) to order to gain high search engine ranking or increasing the traffic to website. Search engine optimization involves so many aspects that those put together to get higher search ranking.

So, we can say that it is a combined effort of different processes which takes lots of effort and time and there is rapid secret or way of doing this.

What Google say on SEO: Google never accepts money to include or rank sites in our search results, and it costs nothing to appear in our organic search results. (Google, 2012)

How can you do SEO for your website: As I mentioned above It involves lots of different factors and these can be sub-divided in following 2 categories:

• Onsite Optimization ( Optimizing the structure, content and code of website).
• Offsite Optimization: ( Link building, Social Media, Feeds and more).

(I will explain these 2 types in more depth in my next blog post)

If you have time to do all these things, you can do it your self. But it will be very complicated,time consuming and technically difficult to perform SEO practice without having experience. So leave it with experts ( SEO Consultant) while you can focus on your core business.

What should you know before you hire a SEO consultant: you can not just hire any seo consultant or seo company to perform seo for you. According to Google following are main things you must keep in mind while you hire SEO for your business:

Some useful questions to ask an SEO include:

• Can you show me examples of your previous work and share some success stories?
• Do you follow the Google Webmaster Guidelines?
• Do your own website is in Top rankings for seo related words like seo, seo Ireland, Seo comoany etc..
• Do you offer any online marketing services or advice to complement your organic search business?
• What kind of results do you expect to see, and in what timeframe? How do you measure your success?
• What’s your experience in my industry?
• What’s your experience in my country/city?
• What’s your experience developing international sites?
• What are your most important SEO techniques?
• How long have you been in business?
• How can I expect to communicate with you? Will you share with me all the changes you make to my site, and provide detailed information about your recommendations and the reasoning behind them?
